Ostrander, Grell to appear at Chicago Comic Fest
As long advertised but now confirmed, John Ostrander, Mike Grell, and Mike Gold will be "returning to where it all started" guests at the Chicago Comic Fest, Ramada Plaza Hotel O'Hare, Rosemont, IL near O'Hare (hence the name of the hotel), March 12-13, 2005.
With the return of Ostrander and Timothy Truman's GrimJack and Grell's Jon Sable Freelance, both edited by Gold, it made sense for them to return to the old stomping grounds of First Comics, the original publisher of those series in the 80s.
