Another dumb drunk

Mom Asks for Sobriety Test, Then Fails:

When Diane Viza got into an argument with her son over whether she was sober, she drove to the local police station asked to take a sobriety test. That turned out to be a bad idea. The 45-year-old woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after she showed up at the police station in the Orleans County village of Albion and asked officers to administer a breath test.

The unusual request came after she had picked up her son at a friend's house and got into an argument with him because he suspected she had been drinking.

See, this is why when we tell you that you're drunk, you listen to us.

Missing in action?

Those of you who have been reading Mr. Gaunt's adventures in Killer Instinct so far have made a few complaints to me: no Mundens.

Not true. Mundens have been in the first few issues. Well, kinda. It's a little tough to explain, and Mr. Gaunt doesn't want me to get ahead of the story. But the bar does show up in issue 4. What goes on there is some stuff I'm not particularly proud of, but-- sorry, Mr. Gaunt's getting that look in his eye again. I'll let him tell it in his own way.

If you'll excuse me, there's a guy in the men's room who's trying to drink out of the toilet. Without paying first.

Some folks go for the strangest drinks...

Yahoo! News - Old Pimple Remedy: Using Spot to Cure Spots

LONDON (Reuters) - Take two puppies, cut off their heads and collect the blood, reads the 17th century instructions -- not for some voodoo rite but to cure pimples among the middle class.

Around here, we call that an apertif.
